Roff students place at scholastic meet

Roff — Roff High School students attended the Murray State Scholastic Meet on Thursday, March 6.  Roff competed in Division III, which is based on Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association academic classifications.Medals and certificates were given to those placing first through fifth.

 First place: Karly Hedges, spreadsheet applications, first overall; Kristen Darling, PowerPoint presentation, third overall; Katie Elliott, PowerPoint presentation, third overall; Josh Casady, music fundamentals; and Cruz Villafranco, accounting.

Second place: Sage Mills, American government; Wyatt Sawyers, agriculture business; Josh Casady, business math; and Lexi Sanchez, Spanish.

Third place: Breecia Crawford, American history and trigonometry; Jarred Stacey, library skills and English literature; Kendall Sanford, expository writing; Sage Mills, behavioral science; Nicole Swallow, computer fundamentals; and Lauren Trimmer, vocabulary.

Fourth place: Tanton Eldred, world history; Hope Rhoten, biology; and Andres Torres, art drawing.

 Fifth place: Jacob Jones, Oklahoma history, and Destiney Garner, child development.
