'Bloody mess' found outside Pontotoc Technology Center

Ada —

Police were called to Pontotoc Technology Center about 6:50 a.m. Friday and what they found was a bloody mess.

According to Ada police reports, the school’s maintenance man called central dispatch concerning an alarm that had gone off earlier in the morning at the school.

The worker didn’t find any evidence of a burglary. There was no vandalism. Everything was in its place.

Ordinarily they would have written it off as just another malfunctioning alarm choosing to go off at  2:30 a.m.

Ada police officers Michael Meeks and Kathy Unbewust were dispatched to the scene where they found blood “all over the place,”  outside of the building.

It really didn’t lead to anything as it usually does in the movies, but a dumpster which had been put in place during construction work contained its share of the mysterious blood.
