Miller to perform at ECU

Ada —

Three brothers – Clayton, Cole and L.D. Miller — simply known as Miller, will bring their mix of blues and rock to the Hallie Brown Ford Fine Arts Center at East Central University on Thursday, Oct. 24, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $18 and may be purchased online at tickets.ecok.edu or at the box office the night of the show.

Cole and L.D. became famous after winning second-place on the first season of NBC’s "America’s Got Talent" and have headlined 10 months at the Tropicana in Las Vegas. They also appeared on "The Ellen Show" and "The Today Show."

As for the band Miller, older brother Clayton plays guitar, Cole is the drummer and L.D. is a harmonica prodigy. All three brothers share the vocals.  They have opened for or shared the stage with Stevie Wonder, Alicia Keys, India Arie, Kanye West, Jamie Foxx, Ziggy Marley and Joss Stone.

Those who want to make it a dinner-and-show night can present their season ticket patron card and receive a 10 percent discount at Blue Moon Café, Chili’s Bar and Grill, Rib Crib, Santa Fe Cattle Co., and Vintage 22 on the night of performance.

The 2013-14 fine arts season is sponsored by the ECU Foundation, Inc., Oklahoma Arts Council, Communication Federal Credit Union, Vision Bank, Citizen’s Bank, Blue Moon Café, Santa Fe Cattle Co., ECU Bookstore, San Remos Pizzaria and Magic T’s.
