Anoatubby meets with Obama at White House

Washington, DC — Chickasaw Nation Gov. Bill Anoatubby was among 12 Native American leaders who conferred with President Barack Obama Nov. 12 at the White House prior to Wednesday’s White House Tribal Nations Conference.

“Historically, effective communication between tribal leaders and the federal government is vital to a productive government-to-government relationship,” Gov. Anoatubby said.
