Smeltz arrested again; more alleged threats

According to the affidavit, Smeltz could face imprisonment “for a term of not more than five years or by a fine of not more than $5,000, or by both such imprisonment and fine” if convicted of using a computer to violate Oklahoma Statutes.

The affidavit says Smeltz may also face imprisonment “in the county jail not more than one year or by fine, not exceeding $1,000, or both, and shall also be civilly liable to the party injured,” if convicted of libel.
