Ada —

Jason Walker told Lanita  Abbott, whom he was allegedly screaming at, that he was going to continue to walk around in her front yard.

Abbott, according to police reports, decided to video tape the incident. She also told officers Walker was drunk.

Sgt. Casey Northcutt with the  Ada Police Department made contact with Walker and told him he was under arrest. Walker, who also had four outstanding Pontotoc County warrants, refused to put his hand behind his back, according to Northcutt. A one-second burst of pepper spray was administered by Northcutt to Walker’s face. The officer was then able to complete the arrest and Walker was transported and booked into Pontotoc County Justice Center.

Abbott filed charges on Walker for disturbance by a drunk.
