'Girls Gone Wild' to be at local club

Judd Morse Staff Writer

Ada — It’s never a dull time at Legends, and tonight is no exception. The club, located just outside of Ada, will be visited by the Girls Gone Wild bus.

Owner John Cox said the bus will most likely make it into town this afternoon, and will show up at the club around 8 p.m.

“It’ll be the film crew, the one that does all the filming,” said Cox.

“They also have a full crew that comes and puts on a bit of a show to get the crowd started.”

Cox was unsure as to whether or not Girls Gone Wild owner Joe Francis would be on-hand for the event.

“The bus will probably be there around eight, but we get busy around 10,” said Cox.

There is a $10 cover charge for the event.

Cox, who also owns the local dance club C-4 and The Village, said he books a variety of live shows and bands all the time.

Those interested can find out more about upcoming events on each of his venue’s individual MySpace pages.

“I’ve got several shows lined up,” he said. “Wade Bolen, Johnny Cooper, No Justice, Perfect Stranger. Lots of Red Dirt shows.”
