DOC transportations

ADA — Pontotoc County Sheriff’s Office transported the following inmates to the Department of Corrections on Oct. 13, 2006.



Joshua Mac Messel, 20, Stuart

Count I: Second and subsequent arrest — driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment, with all except the first two years suspended.



Ralph Edward McClarty, 28, Ada

Count I: Unlawful possession of controlled drug — second and subsequent arrest.

Sentenced to a term of four imprisonment.



Dee Layne Ledgerwood, 32, Sasakwa

Count I: Unlawful possion of marijuana — second and subsequent arrest. Sentenced to a term of five years imprisonment.



William Victor Finley, 23, Ada

Count I: Forcible oral sodomy. Sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment with all except the first six years suspended.



Clifford Eugene Teel Jr., 49, Ada

Count I: Lewd molestation: Sentenced to a term of 20 YEARS imprisonment.

Count II: Forcible sodomy: Sentenced to a term of 10 years imprisonment.

Count IV: Lewd molestaion: Sentenced to a term of 20 years imprisonment.

Count V: Indecent exposure. Sentenced to a term of 20 years imprisonment.



James LeKeith Runnels, 22, Ada

Count I: Rape in the first degree.

Sentenced to a term of 20 years imprisonment.
