Ada — Gwen Gjovig, executive director of 22nd Judicial District CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) presents David Smith, left, a plaque as appreciation for the work he has contributed to CASA. Smith resigned his position on the local CASA board earlier this month. Smith, a lcoal attorney, has accepted the position as special district judge for Rogers County in Claremore.
