Ada man missing

Ada —

Authorities are on the lookout for an Ada man who has not been seen since March 13.

Charles Manuel, 46, left his grandfather’s house the evening of March 13 to go to the home of a man named Mike Tatum, according to a missing person’s report that Manuel’s grandfather, C.C. Manuel, filed with the Ada Police Department on March 17. C.C. Manuel told the authorities that he saw Tatum the day after Manuel went to Tatum’s house, and Tatum was looking for Charles.

“C.C. said that he has checked the hospitals and he was not there,” Capt. Michael Lynch wrote in the report. “C.C. said that Charles has some medical problems and is worried about him.”

Lynch said he called the Pontotoc County Jail, the Chickasaw Nation Medical Center and Mercy Hospital Ada, but they did not have Manuel.

Anyone who has seen Manuel may call the police department at 332-4466.
