Hugo — Police in Hugo are looking for a man suspected of killing two people at an apartment complex.

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation says the victims were shot late Saturday night. Police identified the dead as 23-year-old Floyd Devin Clegg of Colbert and 19-year-old Qualin Hayden, of Sherman, Texas.

The OSBI says both victims were visiting a friend when they were killed.

A witness told police that 33-year-old Dawaylon Bernard “Hog” Rainey of Hugo entered an apartment, shot the two men and fled on foot.

Police say Rainey is black, stands 6-2 and weighs 175 pounds. He is wanted on a first-degree murder warrant.

The victims were pronounced dead at Choctaw Memorial Hospital.
