Custody battle brews over Boston Terrier

Ada —

A custody battle may be brewing in Ada over the ownership of a Boston Terrier pooch who  goes by the name of Hoho.

Officer Jeremy O’Brien of the Ada Police Department was called to the home of Joshua Gwatney in the 900 block of North Cherry Wednesday morning to investigate the matter.

Gwatney said his dog was  missing and that he knew who had it. He then directed the officer to a home in the 400 block of W. 3rd Street.

The woman who answered the door denied having Gwatney’s pooch. In fact, she said, she has had “her” Hoho, also a Boston Terrier, for the last three years.
