Ada man dies in crash

OIL CENTER — The wreck occurred on County Road 3470 just after 7 p.m. Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Keith Teel said 20-year-old Brandon Hatton was driving a 2006 Ford pickup north on CR 3470 when he met a southbound vehicle after topping a hill. Hatton ran off the road to the right and hit a culvert, causing the vehicle to roll an undetermined amount of times. Hatton was thrown from the vehicle and died at the scene, Teel said in a report.

Based on his investigation, Teel listed the cause of the wreck as unsafe speed.
