Youth Drama Camp to perform this week

Ada — ACT II Youth Drama Camp will present a performance of Montgomery Mansion, a horror musical comedy by Vickie Reifsnider,  with songs by Reifsnider, Darice Strickland and Rudy Lupinski. Choreography is by Kane Christian Berry.

Performances are set for June 13, 14, and 15 at East Central University’s Dorothy I. Summers Theatre at 7 p.m.  

The story is set inside the mansion of Jacob Montgomery (Courtland Teal).  It is haunted by ghosts (Gillian Cloar, Brianna Iorga, Madyson Bonner, Isabel Hammond, Daniel Carpenter and Grace Pottebaum). 

When three bag ladies (Morgan Urlaub, Annabelle Elliot and Lakshana Ramakrishnan) decide to find refuge, jewel thieves (Juan Oseguera and Shelby Davis) trespass to make a diamond exchange with Malcolm X (Brooks Davis), and a reality television show host (Brooks Davis) holds a contest inviting The Eye Spy Society (Jackson Davis and Chad Whittington).
