Ada man allegedly had guns, grenades

Ada —

A 32-year-old Ada man, who was arrested  on suspicion of domestic abuse after allegedly attempting to strangle his ex-wife Saturday, kept getting into more trouble after police officers made contact with him Sunday.

Jayson Brandon Parry, who lives in the 600 block of West Third Street, is behind bars at Pontotoc County Justice Center after being arrested Sunday in the 800 block of Oak Avenue by APD patrol officers Jason Mosley and Michael Meeks. 

The alleged strangulation in itself is a felony upon conviction, but it was only the beginning of what the man faces in the court system.
