Body found of unidentified man

Ada — Ada police were called to the scene of a dead body Thursday morning in the 1100 block of Cradduck Road.

Patrol officer Bryan Tomsobic located the man’s body in a grassy lot at 1101 Cradduck Road near the Village Inn motel, according to APD Captain Lynch.

There were few clues at the scene and police were not saying whether the death was due to foul play.

“All we know at this point is that it is the body of a white man in his late 40s,” Lynch said.

Detective Destry Musgrove was at the scene and later APD Detective Sgt. Tracy Jackson was called to assist.

The investigation is continuing.

The body was sent to the Medical Examiner’s Office in Oklahoma City to determine cause of death.

No identification had been made of the body by press time Thursday.
