Tuesday - Ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread, cucumber and tomato or tomato and onion salad, potato salad, chopped onions, strawberry shortcake and milk.

Wednesday - Breakfast/brunch: Scrambled eggs with cheddar cheese, fresh orange slices, hash brown potatoes, French toast sticks, margarine and syrup, cinnamon roll or sweet roll and milk.

Thursday - Breakfast/brunch: Sausage, egg and cheese casserole, orange juice, hash browns, biscuits, margarine, jelly, spice cake and milk.

Friday - Chef’s salad with eggs, meat and cheese, mandarin oranges, crackers, salad dressing, chocolate chip cookies and milk.

Thursday - Breakfast: Sausage, biscuits, juice and milk. Lunch: Chicken-cheese quesadilla, refried beans, salsa, fruit and milk.

Friday - Breakfast: Cereal, toast, fruit, juice and milk. Lunch: Hamburger on a bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, chips, fruit, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, fruited gelatin and milk.
