Friends and family of the special persons of the month, David and Mary McMichael, are invited to help celebrate their lives.

A special service using the couple's favorite Bible passages and songs will be conducted. They each will be presented a rose, followed by a special prayer for their future as  husband and wife as well as their lives in Christ. The service will conclude with a celebratory meal in their honor.

 

Grief support group continues in Ada

A new GriefShare Group began Tuesday, Sept. 3, in Ada. The sessions will be held at Central Church of Christ Family Life Center at 824 Stadium Drive, Ada, from 7-9 p.m. 

GriefShare is for people grieving the death of a loved one. GriefShare groups meet weekly for 13 weeks to help you face these challenges and move toward rebuilding your life. There is no charge for this grief support group.

Byng church hosts gospel singing

Byng Free Will Baptist Church hosts a gospel singing at 6 p.m Sept. 8. Featured singer is Mark Huett.

 

Special Bible study set at local church

New Life Apostolic Faith Church hosts a special Bible study on Revelation Chapter 13.
