Screening to reduce risk of stroke set in Ada

Ada — ADA – Residents living in and around the Ada community can be screened to reduce their risk of having a stroke or bone fracture.  Ada Elks Lodge 1640, 3850 E. Arlington, will host Life Line Screening Nov. 13.

  • Pontotoc County Quilt Show Results

    Pontotoc County Home and Community Education Clubs held their annual quilt show last week with 97 judged quilts and 28 for-show-only for a grand total of 125 quilts hanging at the two-day show. The event drew over 300 visitors from as far as Tennessee. Eleven vendors were on hand and sold quilting fabric and notions. The following are the results of the judged quilts:
