Jennifer Miller to marry Kyle Johnson

Konawa —

John and Jan Miller, Ponca City, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennifer Lynn Miller, to Kyle Andrew Johnson. Kyle is the son of Art and Sandra Johnson, Konawa.

The First Christian Church of Norman will be the site for the couple’s June 29, 2013, wedding ceremony.

Jennifer is the granddaughter of Don and Charlotte Call, Winfield, Kan., and Marcella Linder, Glendale, Ariz., and the late Keith Miller. She is a 2005 graduate of Ponca City High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a minor in management from Oklahoma State University in 2009. She is employed as a land technician with Chesapeake Energy Corporation in Oklahoma City.

The prospective groom is the grandson of Ruth McClure, Konawa, and the late Sandy McClure and the late Ella Joy Lyday. Kyle is a 2004 graduate of Konawa High School. He earned a degree in petroleum engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 2010. He is employed with HighMount Exploration & Production in Oklahoma City.
