Dorotha Fenton announced that on March 23, the First United Methodist Church would offer a tour showing the stained glass windows, delicate china painting and local art work. 

It was also announced it was time for the public library book sales. Ruth Ann Taylor handed out sheets for updating members’ personal information. June Murphy agreed to audit our books before the new officers were installed.        

Oklahoma Retired Educators Association state meeting is May 8 at the Reed Center at Rose State College in Midwest City.

PCREA's next meeting is March 28. The program comes from the state insurance commissioner’s office: John Doak, commissioner, and Amanda Riddle, regional consumer service supervisor.

Dorotha Fenton decorated the tables with patriotic themes to celebrate “President’s Day.” Red, white and blue streamers, flowers, stars, etc., were everywhere, including a 4-foot Uncle Sam. The centerpieces on the head tables were won by Faye Cook and D’Esta Hoover.
