Kristie Byrd to wed Robbie Balthrop

Exchanging wedding vows May 4, 2013, are Kristie Byrd and Robbie Balthrop, both of Ada. Troy Byrd is officiating the 6 p.m. ceremony.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Tim and Sharon Byrd, Ada. She is the granddaughter of Larry and Virginia Byrd, Konawa.

Parents of the future bridegroom are Cecil and Melissa Cornell, Roff; and Greg and Shannon Balthrop, Rockwall, Texas. He is the grandson of Sandra Saye, Stillwater, Mary Lou Jones, Roff, and Scharrie Medcalf, Garland, Texas.

Attendants at the ceremony will include Kayla Power, sister of the bride, Ada, maid of honor; Kristi Reed, Ardmore, Bonnie Rosato, Ada, Leona Byrd, sister-in-law of the bride, Ada, and Kayla Balthrop, sister of the bridegroom, all bridesmaids; Ryan Cornell, brother of the bridegroom, Ada, best man; Jacob Grace, Ada, Shane Casey, Shawnee, Will Cook, Ada, and Ryan Seely, Ada, groomsmen; Adam Byrd, brother of the bride, Tanner Byrd, Ethan Byrd, Dalen Byrd and Kylar Byrd, all cousins of the bride, ushers.

A reception is planned at the home of the bridegroom's parents.
