Ada church hosts youth Bible study

New Life Apostolic Church in Ada hosts a youth bible study Monday at 7 p.m. The study is open to the public.

Crosspointe Church hosts VBS July 22-25

Crosspointe Church, 631 W. 33rd, hosts Colossal Coaster World Vacation Bible School from 6-8:15 p.m. July 22-25 for children ages 4-12.

Trinity to conduct Mission Ada

Trinity Baptist Church, 530 E. Main,  in Ada holds Mission Ada each Sunday at 6 p.m. at the church for the month of July. Non-church members from the community are encouraged to join the event that features games, food, music and the opportunity to participate in Bible study.

Lovelady church hosts VBS July 8-12

Lovelady Baptist Church is hosting Vacation Bible School, July 8-12 from 9 a.m. until noon for children ages 3 through sixth grade. 

Colossal Coaster World is the theme for the school.  Family night is Thursday night with a hamburger fry and program. Call 436-1997 for more information.

 

Center church hosts VBS July 21

Center Free Will Baptist Church presents Waddling into God's Wonderful World Vacation Bible School from 6-9 p.m. July 21.

The program is designed for children ages 5-12. The week's events include worship, crafts, fun and a Bible lessons.

The church is located nine miles west of Ada on state Highway 19. For more information, phone Cindy at 580-320-0450.

 

Roff church hosts VBS July 22-26

Pentecostal Holiness Church of Roff hosts Vacation Bible School July 22-26 from 12:30-3 p.m. All children are welcome to attend.

Theme for the week, according to the Pentecostal Church, is “Building you Heart House.”

Classes are for children ages 3-13. Church officials warn participants not to wear clothing that cannot be soiled. The games and projects could get messy.

Hot dogs and hamburgers will be served for lunch every day from 12:30 until 1:00.

Friday holds a special trip in store for all who attend. All in attendance will leave for a skating party at 1 p.m.

Family VBS set at Southwest church

Learn'em Dailey's 5-Ring Circus of Faith Family Vacation Bible School opens July 15 at Southwest Church of Christ and continues through July 19. 

Games, friendship, fun, songs and Bible stories for children ages 4-11 are included daily from 6-8 p.m.  Classes are also available for parents who want to stay.

Southwest Church of Christ is located at 505 W. 17th St.

 

Gospel singing scheduled

Rose Assembly Full Gospel Holiness Church, 431 W. Seventh, hosts a gospel singing July 5 at 7 p.m.

Featured guest singers include The Masters Touch from Oklahoma City.

A fellowship revival takes place July 8-12 at 7:30 p.m. Different ministers are preaching each night. Special singers are also scheduled each night.

The event is open to the public.

 

VBS helps face fear, trust God

"Tap into God's promise to give you courage" is the theme for High Hill Baptist Church's Vacation Bible School. The adventure takes place at the corner of Thomas Ranch Road and Monta Vista from 6-8:30 p.m. July 22-26.

On Sunday, July 28, the adventure closes with a colossal family night of food, fun and fellowship.
