Carmen Mondejar and Justin Carter, both of Ada, are exchanging wedding vows Dec. 10. The ceremony takes place at Thunderbird Chapel in Norman.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ferdinand and Deanna Mondejar, Ada. Grandparents are Mercedes Lambert, Bacolod City, Philippines, and the late Paul and Carmen Faulkenberry. A 2010 graduate of East Central University, Mondejar earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in mass communications and a Bachelor of Science Degree in sociology.

The future bridegroom is the son of Johnny and Vicki Carter, Ada. Grandparents are Kenneth and Vivian McWhorter, Ada, Jack Carter, Ada, and the late Betty Myers. Carter graduated in 2010 from East Central University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in sociology.
