  • ECU ladies to play matches in friendly environment

    Heading into the final month of the 2012 regular-season, the East Central University volleyball team will play the next three matches in the friendly confines of the Kerr Activities Center. The Lady Tigers (6-18, 3-4 GAC) will host two Great American Conference opponents this week, starting with a  match today against Southern Nazarene at 7 p.m. ECU will also battle with Henderson State at 2 p.m. , Saturday, Oct. 20.

  • ECU Lady Tigers set for six matches

     

    The East Central University volleyball team will finish up its six-match non-conference stint, Tuesday, Oct. 9 with a 7 p.m. match against Oklahoma Baptist at the Kerr Activities Center. The Lady Tigers (5-16, 3-2 GAC) will then hit the road for two Great American Conference matches Friday, Oct. 12 and Saturday, Oct. 13.

    Robert Langland, a 1983 graduate of East Central University, has been named the recipient of the 2012 Milam Award.  Langland will receive the award, Saturday, Oct. 6 during halftime of the Tigers’ homecoming football game with Northwestern Oklahoma State.
