Ada-based McCortney Family In-Home Care has been accepted as a member of the National Private Duty Association (NPDA). To be a member of the NPDA, agencies must adhere to organization’s policies, procedures and ethical standards for home care. NPDA members have adopted and agree to subscribe to the following core values as they relate to serving customers and employing care providers: Compassion, competency, safety, integrity and regard for client privacy and confidentiality, sensitivity to client needs, coordination and collaboration and respect for client dignity and choice of a provider.
McCortney Family In-Home Care provides caregivers for individuals that need assistance in their home or at an assisted living facility with daily activities such as ambulatory and personal care, dressing, eating, bathing as well as light housekeeping, meal preparations and laundry.
