Serious crash near Pontotoc

Ada — Two people were seriously injured in a two-vehicle wreck between Pontotoc and Connerville Tuesday.

The crash occurred when the driver of a southbound pickup crossed the center line on U.S. 377 and crashed head-on into another pickup. The driver of the first pickup and a passenger were seriously injured and flown to Oklahoma City metro area hospitals. More information will be available in Thursday's edition of The Ada News.
