Byng's Zeke Lumley (23) steps back to third as Coalgate's Cody Hammons (18) tries to come up with a pickoff throw during a first-round contest Thursday afternoon at the 2013 David Hill-Ryan Prescott Memorial Tournament held at Byng's Stokes Field. There was a Coalgate error on the play, allowing Lumley to score one of Byng's 11 third-inning runs. The Pirates blitzed the Wildcats 13-0 in four innings.
