Sulphur players celebrate from the bench during the 2012 Bertha Frank Teague Mid-America Classic. The Lady Bulldogs won the 2012 Omega Johnson trophy as the tournament champions and will try to defend their title at this year’s event. The 2013 Mid-America Classic, sponsored by Vision Bank, tips off Thursday. Sulphur will kick off the tournament by taking on Mount St. Mary at 3 p.m. The remainder of the schedule include: TIshomingo vs. Shawnee at 4:30 p.m.; Latta vs. Cheyenne at 6:30 p.m. and Ada vs. Lomega in the 8 p.m. nightcap.
