Why not sell and get rich?

  Skeptics of Ada resident Nathan Dial’s motives in his long effort to persuade Pontotoc County Commissioners into rezoning property on Stonecipher Boulevard say his automotive repair shop is just a ruse to prompt some of the area’s wealthiest entities to buy him out and make him a wealthy man.

Dial knows nearby property owners oppose an auto repair shop in the area, too, believing it will drive down property values.

But the ruse part, Dial takes exception to that.
