Another Record Breaker

Ada's Easton Pingleton (3) returns a punt 70 yards for a touchdown against Tecumseh last Friday night at Norris Field. The play was negated by a penalty. With four catches against the Savages, the talented Ada wideout moved ahead of Clay Deaton to become the school's career receptions leader with 92, breaking the old mark of 90 set during the 1977-79 seasons. Pingleton has also established a new record for career yardage as he now has 1,492. He surpassed the career total of Bruce Sutton who accounted for 1,283 yards back in 1992-94.
