Ada —

The Lady Cougars showed the home town folks a sample of what they're about Tuesday night at Cougar Activity Center.

They not only dominated Madill in a 61-46 victory, they did it in spite of their normal top scorer, Aaliyah Blakley not feeling up to par.

Blakely still scored 13 points and was a force inside, but junior Sami Jewett, a 5-8 guard, had her teammate's back and then some.

Jewett connected on four 3-point shots and scored from all over the court in a 27-point performance that helped sink the Madill Lady Wildcats.
